J1 Game Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Gaming Platform

1 General Terms

Welcome to J1 Game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and J1 Game ("we", "us", "the Platform") in connection with your use of the J1 Game website, mobile application and all related services. By accessing or using J1 Game in any capacity — whether browsing, registering an account, placing a bet or participating in a promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking back periodically, as the Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of J1 Game after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through J1 Game, including sports betting, cricket and PSL markets, slot games, live casino, bingo, promotions and any future features added to the platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account at J1 Game, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account on J1 Game. Each person is permitted one account only.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and contact number.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of J1 Game or any of its associated entities.

J1 Game reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point. If you are asked to submit documentation — such as a copy of your CNIC or proof of payment method — you are required to respond promptly. Failure to complete verification may result in temporary suspension of withdrawals or account review.

We take under-age gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe an account holder is below the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any winnings accumulated on an account found to belong to a minor will be forfeited.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions at J1 Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We currently support the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• JazzCash – instant processing for deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa – instant processing for deposits and withdrawals
• Raast – subject to bank processing times
• Bank Transfer – subject to standard banking hours and processing times
• Debit and Credit Cards – subject to card issuer approval

Deposits must come from an account or payment method that belongs to you. J1 Game does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is found to originate from an account that does not belong to the registered player, the funds will be returned and the account flagged for review.

Withdrawal requests are subject to standard account review. Where identity verification has been completed, withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed promptly. Withdrawal to bank accounts follows standard processing schedules. J1 Game does not charge processing fees on standard PKR withdrawals via local payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account at the time of transaction. These limits may vary depending on the payment method used. J1 Game reserves the right to request documentation before processing large withdrawals as part of standard security procedures.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

J1 Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. The general principles below apply to all offers unless stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be played through before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Each promotion is limited to one per player, household and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Certain game types — for example, some live casino tables — may contribute at a reduced rate toward bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage is listed in each promotion's terms.
• J1 Game reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses where abuse, collusion or multi-accounting is suspected.

Free bets credited as part of a promotion are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Stakes from free bets are not returned as part of winnings — only the net profit from a free bet is credited to your real money balance.

5 Sports Betting Rules

J1 Game offers sports betting markets across cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Odds are subject to change before confirmation.
• Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket fixtures and the ICC for international matches.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets may be voided and stakes returned depending on the specific market rules that apply to that event.
• In-play betting markets close automatically when the relevant event reaches a point where the outcome would affect the market. J1 Game is not liable for bets placed after this point where a delay in the feed is experienced on the player's device.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• J1 Game reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error is identified, where match-fixing is suspected, or where the result of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• Accumulator bets follow standard rules — if one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining legs.

Cricket betting markets — including match winner, top batsman, total runs and over/under markets — are among the most popular on J1 Game. PSL season fixtures receive enhanced markets and are updated throughout the tournament. We encourage players to review market-specific rules before placing large bets on specialist cricket markets.

6 Slot Games & Casino Rules

Slot games and live casino products available on J1 Game are powered by third-party software providers. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) that ensures outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is provided by the software developer and is displayed in the game's information panel.
• In the event of a game disconnection during a spin or hand, the outcome is determined by the system at the point the game round was initiated. Reconnecting to the platform will display the completed result.
• Malfunctions — defined as a technical error that prevents a game round from completing correctly — void all related play and any apparent winnings from that round. Stakes are returned.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to the specific rules of the jackpot network. J1 Game pays jackpot winnings according to the confirmed result from the network provider.
• Live casino game results are determined by the physical outcome of the table — the roulette wheel, card dealt or dice rolled — and are final once the dealer or system confirms the result.

7 Bingo Rules

Bingo rooms at J1 Game operate on a scheduled basis. Tickets are purchased in PKR and prize pools are distributed to verified winners at the end of each game round. The following rules apply:

• Tickets must be purchased before the game starts. Late purchases are not permitted once the bingo caller has begun drawing numbers.
• Winners are verified automatically by the system before prizes are credited. Claims that are found to be invalid after review will be reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a bingo game, J1 Game will either complete the game from the point of interruption or void the round and refund all ticket costs. The decision rests with J1 Game operations.
• Chat features within bingo rooms are subject to community standards. Abusive, offensive or disruptive behaviour in bingo chat will result in chat suspension and may lead to account review.

8 Account Security & Player Responsibilities

Your J1 Game account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.

• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• J1 Game staff will never ask for your password by email, phone or live chat. Any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
• All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and change your password.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure when accessing J1 Game. Using shared or public Wi-Fi to access your account is done at your own risk.

9 Privacy & Personal Data

10 Responsible Gaming

J1 Game is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a way to generate income or resolve financial difficulties. The following tools are available to every registered player:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for a defined period — a minimum of 24 hours up to permanent closure. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

11 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your J1 Game account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course and any available balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

J1 Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or identity documents
• Multi-accounting or providing false registration information
• Bonus abuse, collusion or any form of match exploitation
• Threatening, abusive or discriminatory behaviour toward J1 Game staff or other players
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned where the closure is unrelated to fraud or misrepresentation.

12 Limitation of Liability

J1 Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, J1 Game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated winnings
• Loss resulting from a technical fault or game malfunction
• Loss resulting from delayed or failed payment processing by a third-party payment provider
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions

Nothing in these Terms limits J1 Game's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

J1 Game may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of J1 Game after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss account closure.
